Incline Counseling

Mikyla Young-Bayless is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; she has been practicing in a variety of therapeutic settings since 2015. She is also a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, and is trained in EMDR. Mikyla believes that any story can be turned into a meaningful narrative from which we find the resilience and courage to carry on. She values a straightforward approach that focuses on building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and geared towards curiosity, empathy, and challenging limiting beliefs/behaviors. Sessions are held exclusively over teletherapy, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. Mikyla is originally from California, raised in Kansas and now lives in and loves Colorado.
